面试者常常以如此的问题开始。记得,他们想要听到的是你的工作方法,不是你的个生活活。别说,I was born in Taipei, I like to play computer games,或是I have two brothers.告诉他们有关你职业生涯的进步,你学到的东西或是你是怎么样具体的某些工作方法的。
What are your strengths?
继续,销售你一个人!这个问题的重点是给出具体的例子。防止只不过简单的列出几项,象:I'm really organized, punctual1 and get along well with others.接着具体的说到你刚刚的提到的内容,For example 并讲解你在之前的工作中是怎么样运用此专长的。
Why are you interested in working for our company?
雇主们想要了解你为何想为他们工作。因此就让他们知道你非常了解企业的经营模式与你对此工作很有积极性。不要以Umm, I don't know, It seemed like a good career move, 或是 I haven't been able to find anything else interesting.开始。记得雇主们想了解你能带给公司什么,而不是公司能带给你什么!
Why did you leave your last job?
可能你上一份工作很糟糕,但面试并非谈论的适合的场所。即使是真的,不要对你现有些或是过去的雇主或是同事进行负面还是武断的评论:I didn't agree with the company's direction, I got no recognition2 for my work, My boss was totally unreasonable3. 想如此的评论会叫你听起来不可理喻。
Do you have any questions for me?
面试官一般以此问卷结束面试。询问具体的问题以显示你很知道该公司,但却期望知道更多的内容。不要问那些你早就该了解答案的问题,象,What does your company do? 或是Could you tell me your name again? 除此之外,不要问薪水或是和假期有关的问题:When do you give raises? How much vacation time can I expect? 在听到了他们对你说,We'd like to offer you the job.才去问此类的问题
